Nothing formal required. Just come ready to talk about your business — what you do, roughly how long you've been operating, and what's been stressing you out financially. If you have access to QuickBooks or your bank statements, even better, but not required.

It is never too late. Catch-up bookkeeping is one of our most common starting points. We've seen it all — books that are months or even years behind. We get it organized, get you caught up, and build a system so it never gets that bad again.

Nope. If you don't have it yet, we'll get you set up as part of the onboarding process. We handle the setup so everything is structured correctly from day one.

After the consult, if we decide to move forward, you will receive a quote based on the information given to us. If the quote is accepted we sign a contract and start the onboarding the following day. The onboarding will be tailored depending on the business structure, but most often consists of setting up software, systems in place and building dashboards etc.

Absolutely. Stream Bookkeeping is 100% virtual and we serve clients nationwide. As long as you have internet access and a Zoom or Google Meet link, we can work together regardless of where you're located.
